Contest Details

  • Date & Location:
    • 🗓️ When: September 28th, 2024, from 9:00 am - 11:30 am
    • 📍 Where: Ohlone College Campus, Fremont, CA
  • Registration Deadline: September 26th, 2024 (Hurry, spots are limited to 300 participants!)
  • Who Can Participate: Elementary and secondary school students aged 7 – 14 years old.

Assessment Overview

  • Format: A 60-minute online quiz featuring 30-32 multiple-choice questions.
  • Scoring: 5 marks awarded for every correct answer; no penalty for incorrect answers.
  • Rules to Note:
    1. Questions are in English and calculators are not allowed.
    2. Individual participation only; teamwork is not permitted.
    3. Participants must complete all details accurately to avoid disqualification.
    4. Strict adherence to time limits; the quiz will close automatically after 60 minutes.
    5. Cheating will result in immediate disqualification.
    6. Students will participate in person at the Fremont location.
    7. The top three with the highest scores will be announced on October 11th, 2024.
    8. Prizes are non-exchangeable.
    9. The organizers' decisions are final.
